Richards always seems to be patronising someone or other. He thinks he knows best on everything.

But Aisleyne did well and truly C*** up the whole speech thing.....the only reason she got upset was because she suddenly realised how bad it might make her look.

But ofcourse she was "shy" talking in front of them all.

Like she was so "shy" when she started on Nikki in the garden that time.... in front of them all!!

Giving speeches is a lot different than sitting talking to someone, even a fairly big group.

I am no shy untill it comes to speaking like that! I clam up and my mind goes blank. I would probably be the same in her situation
