At the end of the day it is irrelevent what we girls wear or not wear under a skirt/dress. It is in plain language: none of your business. All labels applied like: slut, tart, hanging a sign, etc. are only and just only: opinions. They vary as much as the time of day.
As mentioned b4, I expect boys to try and look up my skirt and quite frankly like Venessa, I don't mind. However doing such to the extent that it makes the viewee uncomfortable does cross a line of human decency. Any time you make a person feel uncofmrotable and perhaps continue to do so is just wrong.
On the other hand if a girl continues to wear short skirts such that guys are tempted to look, and she complains then I have less sympathy for her. She cannot have it both ways: wearing short skirts and complain that boys are doing what nature encodes. She must have some reconciliation with this or forever be consigned to being a whiner. UGH!
Prudence on both sides of the gender fence is needed.
In the meantime if I choose to wear see through panites, no panties, thongs, opaque panties, pantyhose, etc, that is my concern and if you happen to see, I hope you like what you saw.
