I'm 15 years old, almost 16. I have a really bad problem with bloating! I wake up with a flat stomach in the morning and by lunch time and definitely when I'm at home I literally look 5/6/7 months pregnant!
I'm not fat, I'm not tiny either but I horse-ride everyday and I go to the gym 3 times a week. I don't know what other details to give. It started last year when I was pulling myself out of an eating disorder. It didn't last long, but it was the second bout. I then stacked on weight and I was diagnosed with Profound Hypothyroidism just over 2-3 months ago.
I've been to the doctor who basically told me to stop whining. But I feel uncomfortable and I hate going out and stuff cos I have to wear huge baggy tops!!!!!!! I've tried the non gluten thing which wasn't fruitful.
ANY IDEAS!? ID BE GRATEFUL!
