Apparently not, I don't think I would ever want to drive, own, or even be a passenger on a mototrcycle. I find it scary just to watch how motorcycles turn, leaning in while going highway speeds is just a wee bit terrifying for me.

I’m a biker – just! Passed my test a week ago. My bike’s a bit weedy though, being only a 600 cc (61 bhp). Nevertheless, I like it.

Terrifying is all part of the fun! Like most things, once you know what your doing, the risk is lessened considerably. what do you do for your adrenaline rush lex?¿?

Congratulations on passing your test Simon. What sort of bike do you own?¿?

I was a biker from 1976-90 and loved it. I had a few hairy moments and was sure I was about to die more than once, but the freedom I felt was ample recompense for my vunerability.
Since I started driving I've never been tempted to go back on a bike, I won't get a car with more than a 1.8 ltr engine for fear of trying to replicate what I did on my bikes.
Despite this self imposed limitation, I still scare the crap out of my mates, yet I've got the best safety record of all of them.
My favourite bike was a suzuki 750 gs, fantastic handling, but average performance.

Thank you, kinghelfer.

I ride an old Yamaha Diversion XJ600S, which is the equivalent to the Yamaha Seca II in the States (I think). Nothing special, but not a bad first bike. I like it anyway.

Oh I just found the thread about Bike here . :D Ok well my man bought 2005 Suzuki V-storm 6 speed. I went riding in the back it was awesome. Atfirst his friends were teasing me that I would be scare but I was brought up in Bangkok. Most of the time you need motorcycle taxi to be somewhere on time. Without helmet too! I love riding on the back it's a lot of fun. Yes you have to lean a little bit when the bike turns and stuff but the frame is strong and stable.

Would love to have my own motorbike. My dad has 2 and I remember him asking me to sit in the bike so that he could lift the front part up to clean the wheel, which was scary.
Never actually rode on one though.

What bike does your dad own Sofie?¿? Dont worry, i,m not rubbing it in about Sete, Rossi only came third but what can you expect when Hayden and Edwards know Leguna Seca like the back of their hands from racing WSB?¿?
Ask your Dad if he thought(like i did) that it was nice to see Rossi,s and Edwards bikes painted in the old Yamaha Racing Colours of kenny Roberts from the 70,s

I found out today that if you're on the bike, all the other bikers would wave at you. It was kind of cool really :P
