A new dish I just invented on the spot. Using a frying pan I chucked in a packet of chilli tofu, a heap of sun-dried tomatoes, a heap of fresh mushrooms sliced up and some noodles. Topped with some dried pre-fried onion once the rest was cooked. I think some basil would go well with this too.

The sun-dried tomatoes were packed in oil and as I needed oil in the cooking, I didn't actually add any, instead I didn't squeeze out the tomatoes like I normally would.
It's come out really yummy!
