For Breakfast:
Wheat based cereal with added pumpkin seeds, sliced banana and dried Goji berries topped with some rice milk. A glass of water fortified with Berocca B-group vitamins & 10mils of liquid vitamins.

For Lunch:
One wholegrain roll, some red Oakleaf lettuce, a carrot, a piece of broccoli, a lentil burger patty and a wee bit of sweet chilli sauce.

Make sure you use fortified water then.

I've had, muesli with semi-skilled milk, orange juice, coffee, a cucumber sandwich on Sunflower and barley bread, and an apple. I'm now trying to decide between tea or to treat myself with another coffee.
