The surgery is done with local anesthesia and very very simple. You can do it and just after go to work, but I give you an advice : do a " low & tight" circumcision, that one that excises all the inner skin ( mucosa ), suturing the external skin near the head. That's the best. Believe me, I know what I'm saying, because I know the before and the after, considering that I made mine about my 19 y.o.

They probably did...
Should the average 16 year-old American touch his dick to a young hot Greek lass's labia, suddenly he would squirt his load before he got an inch in, circumcised or not... Including teens as "men" fouls the survey with kiddie-stuff...
Sensitivity is lost by rubbing skin on clothing a lot... Uncircumcised dicks have a protective shield around the end o the dick, what maintains them thar nerves sensitive, which generally can make a man cum a lot faster than if his his dick was chopped-up and worn-out...

Speak for yourself. I was never a premature ejaculator (always been the opposite, in fact), and indeed whether or not you are is not that relevant to age. At any rate, even if I accepted your flimsy excuse here as fact, that means that the INTACT premature ejaculators include 16-year olds, too. So where does that leave your argument?

Premature ejaculation has precious little to do with sensitivity. The orgasm trigger is in the mind. Try pleasing yourself the best way imaginable physically, while thinking of your grandmother. Will you be able to reach orgasm? I highly doubt it, no matter how pleasurable the physical sensation may be.
Physical stimulation is important, of course it is. And in my case, personally, it is especially important, but not the way you might think. I need a certain kind of stimulation when it comes to handjobs, blowjobs or intercourse. I need the sensation to be familiar. The first time I had intercourse, I was unable to climax. Same thing with my first blowjob. This was because the sensations were unfamiliar to me, not the way I was used to orgasm at all, and so I had to learn to climax with the new sensations. If the sensation is too different from what I'm used to, I won't cum. If there's too little sensation, I won't cum. And, dun dun dun, if there is too much sensation, I won't be able to cum either. It's fun, feels great and all that, but it won't send me over the top. Of course, just as women are different, so are men. But you certainly can't make sweeping statements such as "sensitivity=premature ejaculation".
