Mankind is a self replenishing flow, which is now riddled with plagues of diseases, because humans are growing less and less health conscious... Most never wash their hands after toileting.. thus they are spreading their excremental diseases throughout the public domain and to each other, and to us, thereby creating more and more disease in humanity...
The penis hides filth which quickly turns into disease if left unattended, which the health unconscious spread throughout our ranks... The system has no option but to force cleanliness where and how it can be enforced, to keep the monkey class people inline and clean, so to maintain a reasonably healthy species.. but it's not working... Acne and vaginitis is proof people are smearing their own poop on their skin... Better would be to chop the whole penis off, so mindless filthy bloodlines can't procreate, to infest humanity with their disease ways, to have their sewage class bloodlines eventually fade into hell's oblivion...
