The African video’s just reminds me of soca, even carnival. It's just that it's a congolese sound, but the culture is spot on.

this one appears to be the how-to on the Butterfly, but it's in french and i don't understand french.. :(

it's a hot dance, but you gotta be in very good shape and quite limber in the pelvic area...

i wud need a lot of practice before giving it a go at a club or even letting my best friends see me do it.... :oops:

I see what lysamarie is saying in her post above about being 'in very good shape' and 'quite limber in the pelvic area'. Not everyone can do that dance so well.
