I don't have civilized discussions with european "women" that have a huge superiority complex and think that placing high importence on looks is "shallow."

I think most people think looks are very important, mostly as teenagers they believe that, but as they grow older they come to realise compatibility means much more than physical compatibility and a great deal of their happiness in relationships comes less from the way they look and more from the way they are. Being superficial means:

and looks are obvious...
