But our Colin was a loner... We always had to pick him up in the car from the school gates to prevent other kids beating him up. If you could get together all the men who have ever lived, the vast majority would be wearing a skirt-like garment (sarong, toga, jellaba, kaftan, kilt etc etc). Even in Europe, they were wron in places like Russia (kaftans) and SE Europe (jellabas) until maybe 200 years ago. Maybe fashion will come round again, but, historically, its exceptional for men to be wearing trousers.

I think that was shortly before he 'came out'... Last week he told us all in front of our Nan that he's spoken to his local NHS Trust and he's 'transitioning'...
