why can't men wear skirts ?

to be honest, i have written to Next UK to ask why they don't sell denim skirts in the mens section as well as the women's. They do up the same way, look manly enough, so I dont see what the deal is.

I have had to reply yet.

My mates are used to seeing me in a skirt now.

Dress code applies to outer garments.

All I meant was that if women have a choice of trousers or skirts, men of all nationalities should have a similar choice. Skirts made of unisex materials and styled for men or kilts should be accepted as normal men's garments round the world. Trousers are boring and uncomfortable.

I get away with wearing a kilt regularly because local people know I am half Scottish and they think that only Scottish people can wear kilts. That is somewhat racist.

I have no intention of looking like a woman. If I wanted to look like a woman, I would wear blue jeans.
