I have a high-waisted pencil skirt I cant wear because of the way my dick hangs. My girlfriend said I should wear panties and shove it between my legs, but I think that would be uncomfortable.I have a tight black skirt but the slit at the back is a little big so I wouldn't want anyone sticking their hand up my skirt and or glimpsing my panties if I have to bend over to pick things up. I want to start wearing my skirts to work but I am scared my bosses will give me a hard time about it. any advice?
I wear a control pantygirdle to keep my male parts tucked in while wearing a skirt. If you need to pick something up while wearing a skirt, do it like the women do. Keep your legs together, squat down and pick up whatever needs to be picked up. This is also better for your back than bending over in the conventional male mode. I can't give you any positive advice concerning your bosses, but I do remember an old saying: The boss may not always be right, but he is always the boss.
