A smell is normal. True, a horrible smell is a sign of infection. If she's having sex, she needs to go to a gynocologist anyway, and if there's something to be worried about the doc will let her know. If she hasn't gone to the doctor yet suggest that she does to get birth control and a pap smear, because you care for her. That being said, women are supposed to have a slightly musky smell, all women are different though. There're natural microorganisms in the vagina called normal flora. If you were to clean them all out, bad bacteria would get in there and you would not only have a sick girlfriend, but a truly terrible smell. By what you posted, it seems that you are young and inexperienced. Consider what you're saying, "eww vaginas are gross."!?! Man up, grow a sac, and learn to love the vag or start practicing sucking C***. By the way, how to you think C*** tastes? Not like ice cream.

Okay first off.. Douching and cleaning ur vagina with summer eves and fresh wipes can irrate the bodies ph balance and can actually cause bacteria vigorous which is an imbalance in the body it is opposite from a yeast infection!! U are just suppose to use mild soap n the shower to wash ur vagina

I've read where OB/GYN's suggest regular old warm water to wash. Soap is anti-bacterial, and there are GOOD bacteria that grow in the vagina that keep it in balance. Basically, the vag is a self cleaning miracle, and requires only good old warm H2O for maintenance and upkeep.
