Women's views on men who wear tights/pantyhose.

I am a straight male and I also wear tights and pantyhose and have for many years. I do not wear them for the what many people think, I wear them because they make my legs feel much better also look better and the gals like how my jeans look with them on. (they look at us just like we look at them) In the winter they help keep the legs warmer much better than the old LONG JOHNS and much thinner.

So what they are made for women, some are made for men. The way I see it ----- If the women can wear what they want of MEN'S CLOTHING, suits, jeans, footwear, boxer shorts, etc, then WHY can't we wear WHAT WE WANT TO...... (I myself do not wear skirts, dresses, but what is wrong with wearing pantyhose or tights?)

Hear hear ! I agree. What a sensible post, I have to say that I see nothing wrong with a skirt either, for /*-*/ sake they are only clothes. It seems to me that those who are so negative about this cross dressing issue have the issues, and not those who do it. People who Cross dress are already sure of who they are !!!!!

Browsing this site by chance I came across this topic which immediately struck a chord with me. Last week I went to a club and and although surrounded by normal men, I found that I could not take my eyes off a beautiful transvestite. He flirted with me all night, took my picture a couple of times, flicked his long burgundy hair and posed around brilliantly in his mini-skirt. To me however, he looked more of a man then the others, and his dress only accentuated this fact, it made him seem more dangerous, more of a good F***. I don't F*** often because there are not that many pretty men to F*** with!...I wait sometimes for what seems like ages for someone with that special somthing to come along. My ex's although not TV's have always yeilded to my love of seeing them in make up. I like real heavy make-up almost clown like, dramatic blacks and reds...love black lipstick! I have always had to put the make up on for them though, cos they never do it right. As for stockings, well that depends on the body..when dressed in the right attire from head to toe. (yes, toes, fingers painted too) it is my ultimate, fav turn on. I don't even have to make love cos I enjoy just as much watching them too!
I am always sad when they take it off and I am sad that more men can't be peacocks as such and I am sickened by the crap they get out in public.

Not all women like this though...my friends don't and think I should sort out my problem...the only probs I can see is the lack of available supply

Why are there not more women like you id love to dress up for you. why arent there more open minded women?

I am 34 male and married and been wearing tights for a number of years on and off, but recently I told my wife, I had to write her a letter and plucked up the coruage from reading the posts on here so I thank you guys and gals. I thought she might want to divorce me but she was only angry at me because I did not tell her sooner, I hid it from her for 5 years

For me I like weraing tights as I like the feel of them against my skin and the tightness factor of them, I also like wearing lycra and other similar fabrics.

I was quite amazed at the amount of people who are open minded to this as we men want a clothing revolution to happens and it is happening slowly.

I dont get why peole can be so narrow minded, my wife wears my clothes when she can so why cant I wear tights leggings or even a skirt without ridicule, at the end of the day its only fabric and its does'nt make us gay or wierd, the UK clothing market in general is very closed, I mean you look on ebay for instance and anything like that well is called gay or crossdressing.

I also wear womens briefs made from polyamide or lycra plain briefs as you just cant get them or you have to pay a fortune for them, same for the tights I wear womens tights as I wont pay £5 over the top for the same garment and is just labeled for men.

I have read this sort of topic here before and the truth is, it's about a 50/50 deal when it comes to what women feel about men wearing tights/pantyhose! In fact, I met a woman one day for dinner(business) and I had on a pair of suntan tights, When we were waiting for a table, I lifted my leg to cross it over my knee, my sock was down below my ankle and she noticed! She leaned over and quietly said, I can see your "nylon". I covered it and when we sat down, while in conversation she blurted out quietly that she thought it was quite a turn on. I said what is a turn on? She said the thought of you in pantyhose. I confessed I wore them most all the time. She asked if I wore any other items. I confessed I did and then basically told her I dress up completely and love how feminine I feel. On the way back to her place , I drove, she asked if I would be willing to dress up for her sometime. I said I would depending on where and when. less than a week later we got together for a dressing up! It was so exciting and she loved my wearing a bra and the whole ensemble that we ended up having very, very long and exciting sex and we are both attached! I was hoping to get more response as it is nice to here of other peoples storyies or views on this subject. I've read some of the other messages left by other people. I can honestly say I can't see any proplem with men wearing tights as other people say women wear mens cloths. I do however wish my wife was like some of the other women out there and found it sexy that I wear tights. Your comments are welcome on this subject. I am much more comfortable wearing tights than with out they make me feel sexy.

pantyhose are unisex now. Most of the support pantyhose websites advertise their pantyhose products for both men and women. Go to www.brightlifedirect. They show pictures of both men and women wearing compression pantyhose and clearly intend their products to be worn by both sexes.
I have been wearing pantyhose for many years...it is just normal clothing for me. My wife and I (we are about the same size fortunately) have a pantyhose drawer which we both use when we get dressed in the morning. She normally showers first and has a pair ready for me to wear. Sometimes I will wear them under shorts around the house and in the garden - especially on cooler fall days.
Have worn shorts and pantyhose in public a few times....no-one notices or cares not sure which. Went shopping with my daughter to the local mall - got some very favourable comments from the female sales assistants in most of the dress shops we visited. Daughter thinks I look OK although she doesn't wear them herself.

So really do not know what the fuss is about. tights/pantyhose/leggings are and always were a unisex garment.

Wear whatever you want to.
