Ramesh Sippy back in director's seat after 16 years

The Indian film director has countless hit movies under his belt, the most popular being the award-winning 1975 action-adventure movie, 'Sholay.' Now after a 16 year hiatus the director is back with a romantic movie.

Ramesh told Indiantelevision.com: "Yes, I am working on my next project, a romantic film. I am very excited with the way the script is shaping up and am looking forward to starting the casting process soon."

His new movie will be the first romantic movie he has directed since the 1985 movie 'Saagar.'
