Shilpa Shetty's boyfriend Raj Kundra has been denying rumours that the couple are engaged.

The London based businessman has said that while they are not engaged he and Shilpa are very committed to each other.

He added that when they did become engaged an announcement would be made.

The couple have recently bought a stake each in IPL cricket team Rajasthan Royals, a move inspired by Raj's passion for the sport.

Raj believes Shilpa will add glamour to the team and conduct a reality show to find cheerleaders for the team.
