Parents - Be the change you want to see in your children!

  • Eat as much as possible whole foods plant based meals and move more because this  will protect you from all chronic diseases.
  • Think constructively because all bad habits originate in our heads
  • And most important make sure that YOU ARE HAPPY and FULFILLED PERSON
  • Make your home the health and happiness zone. Your children’s bodies and mind will be enough polluted with bad foods and negative messages outside your home. Make sure that your home remains free off junk foods, refine sugars, bad fats, and processed foods
  • Learn to cook delicious and healthy foods

Turn your children into Health Superheroes; reward and encourage them for  being creative and innovative in making healthy lifestyle fun.

Make sure that in your home fresh fruit is “everywhere to see” and junk food nowhere.

Make as often as possible for your kids and their friends;

Fruit and Veg Recognition Contests and what good they do for our health. You will be surprised how many children do not know how an onion looks like. Kids love it and your children will be very proud to be the only children who can recognise all of them.

Cook together and play with healthy food;

Make together fresh fruit and veg smoothies. Spinach and kale are practically tasteless if you blend it  with fruit, almond milk or a small glass of orange juice, it will taste fruity and have all the goodies of greens.

All kids love pizza, chips and chocolate but these can be healthy too. Chop rainbow of vegetables, buy vegan cheese and let the kids assemble their own healthy pizza, make sweet potato healthy brownies, or chips. Every single of their favourite meals can be made in a healthy and tasty way.

Walk, walk, walk!

Never drive your child or take a bus if the distance is short enough to walk.

Don't take elevator or escalate if you can take the steps. Make walking up the stairs a game, like making different funny faces on each step, and reward them for being flexible, for being innovative for creating new ways to make health fun.

Create new memories and emotional attachments

Make most of family times to health and fitness times rather than cinema, popcorn/Pepsi times. The reason why most of us eat unhealthy is because we have strong emotional connections with foods served during Christmases, Birthday parties and other happy occasions when we have great time with friends and family. Create new memories and new emotional connections, healthier and happier.
