Halfway to no where
I don't know where this road leads
The path I once choose, I got lost in the jungle of disbeliefs
Wondering in the darkness like a bat
I still have a sense of where I should be and where I am at
But every time I see the light so close in the distance
It seems further out of reach
Like sand slipping through my fingers
The haunting memories of what should be.
I know what I want
And I know the path to get there
But life is such a maze of trials
And the distractions are leading me
Halfway to nowhere.
