4 I am a passionate gardener. I grow trees from seed, and plant bee/butterfly gardens. Make the most of my books because in my next lifetime I'm coming back as a gardener !

7 I practise meditation, alone and with a group, and it helps me write, and survive the tough times. It's truly the most precious skill I ever learned.
8 As a trained volunteer with The Samaritans, I know that listening with love and compassion, is a life-saving gift to another person.

10. A good story-book is a silent, reliable old friend, full of beauty and food for the soul.
