Shipping & Returns

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Should there be any queries or delays regarding your order you will be contacted by e-mail.

Delivery

All available orders are normally dispatched with three to five working days, Monday - Friday. Europe deliveries may take 5-10 working days and the Rest of the World 5-10 working days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality your purchase, or you wish to return a complete order, we will gladly exchange or refund your money, but Items returned because they have been ordered incorrectly, will be subject to a £2.50 administration charge. This does not affect your statutory rights. Should you wish to return the item(s) for any reason, the following conditions apply:

Returns The form enclosed with your order must be completed in full and accompany the item(s) you wish to return within 7 days of receipt of goods for the UK. All other countries: within 14 days. Failure to do so will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. All goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging - Including all labels and tags undamaged and intact. Please take care when unpacking & repacking. Please ensure that briefs are tried on over your own lingerie - we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been worn or is returned in a soiled condition. Refunds on fragrance products will only be granted on items damaged in transit - goods must be returned in original packaging. We cannot accept returns on catalogue's, hosiery or CD's once packs have been opened. We do not give refunds on voucher purchases. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. We recommend that you send by registered post & retain proof of posting. Refunds and exchanges are made approximately two weeks after receipt of goods to allow for inspection. Customers who have paid by credit card will have their accounts credited. We will not make refunds to a third party.

Orders for bridal wear, if cancelled may be subject to a 10% cancellation charge at the discretion of the company

As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request which normally take 10 working days to allow for inspection. Replacement goods held in stock will be dispatched within seven working days. If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund. If a form has not been enclosed with your order, please return goods (retaining proof of postage) to:

Please note that for reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on the following products, if found to be unsuitable:

We will of course make a refund if the product is faulty.
