Wearing an unpadded bra, measure around the fullest point of your bust, holding the tape measure straight, but not too tightly
Your Band/Back Size
Using a tape measure, measure the area around your ribcage (in inches) directly under the bust.
The tape measure should rest snugly and smoothly against your skin.
Your brief size
Measure your hip size.
