release date 12th February ‘07 PLUS UK TOUR FEB/MARCH

“After a drink or two, you feel your eyes mist over at the care lavished upon ‘Rosé’ – a lyrical light shone upon Gillespie Sells’ own sexuality through the metaphorical bottle of the title.” THE TIMES May ‘06

“…a more important moment in history than the Moon landings – a gorgeous gay in great shoes referencing Queen, Wings and ELO.” THE WORD January ‘07

The Feeling will release their fifth single “Rosé” on 12th February ’07. Taken from their double platinum debut album “Twelve Stops And Home”, “Rosé” is written and performed by The Feeling. The Feeling’s previous four singles “Sewn” (March ‘06), “Fill My Little World” (June ‘06) “Never Be Lonely” (August ‘06) and “Love It When You Call” (November ‘06) have all been huge hits. The cumulative airplay enjoyed by the band’s four singles meant that The Feeling were the No 1 most played band in the UK in 2006.“Rosé” will be available on CD and 7” vinyl formats. The 7” will feature “Rosé” and Dan’s “Sewn” demo. The Feeling are: Dan Gillespie Sells – vocals & guita,r Richard Jones – bass,Kevin Jeremiah – guitar,Ciaran Jeremiah – keyboards,Paul Stewart – drums.

The band met at college in London.  They answered an ad in the back of a music mag for a covers band to play a season in the French Alps, then spent three months living in a shoebox on the side of a mountain and playing ten two hour shows a week for drunken snowboarders.  They returned to London, set up their amps in a garden shed and recorded what was to become their debut album “Twelve Stops And Home”.  Their name came from the neon sign on a bar in Paris they drove past on their way home. The Feeling are set to tour the UK in Feb/March.
