50 Cent has reassured fans he isn't quitting music.
The rapper, who cancelled his entire European tour earlier this week, is trying to make it up to fans by announcing plans for a series of UK shows later this year.
A source said: "50 wants to go to Britain and perform tracks from his new 'Curtis' album for his UK fans. He doesn't want to let them down."
The 32-year-old star will play eight concerts across the UK in November, including shows at London's O2 arena.
50, who pledged to retire from the music industry if Kanye West's album 'Graduation' outsold his own 'Curtis', is seemingly reconsidering his retirement vow despite Kanye winning the UK leg of their chart battle last Sunday (16.09.07).
The 'Candy Shop' star, who cancelled performances at the Vodafone Live Music Awards and MOBO awards on Wednesday (19.09.07), appears to have timed his shows to coincide with rival Kanye - who is also set to perform in the UK in November.
On Monday (17.09.07), 50's spokesman revealed the rapper was postponing his European tour, saying: "50 Cent is very sad to confirm that due to a last-minute, unforeseen and unanticipated change in his schedule, he will have to postpone his European promotional trip scheduled to take place from September 18 to 25."
