Within hours of the camps merging Janice was talking about Lynne behind her back to their new campmates. Cerys told Anna and Janice:
“The first thing she said was, ‘is it equal here?’ and we’ve just been laughing and we said, ‘oh yes, very equal, we all do our thing’.”
As the girls laughed to themselves, Janice said: “I’m about as equal as that ant.”
Anna and Cerys asked Janice what Lynne does.
Janice said: “She empowers women. She wants the whole planet to be equal and to promote women as like a feminist, she’s written books and she’s like, she ‘claims’ she’s the woman in Ab Fab.”
As Janice said this she pulled a face and made quotation marks with her fingers. She added: “She claims, fuck no. I claim I’m Julia Roberts too.”
