In April, Baldwin temporarily lost his visitation rights to his daughter when Basinger's lawyers played an angry recording of him branding Ireland a "rude, thoughtless little pig" for missing a scheduled phone call.

Baldwin immediately issued an apology and blamed Basinger for leaking the tape.

The pair are due back in court for another hearing on June 25.
