Alicia Silverstone has married long-term boyfriend Christopher Jarecki.
The sexy star tied the knot in front of 135 close friends and family at a private ceremony at Lake Tahoe on Saturday (11-05-05).Silverstone's publicist Elizabeth Much confirmed the union yesterday (13-05-05) and revealed the newly weds are blissfully "happy".The couple exchanged vows while barefoot on the beach at an undisclosed lakeside estate before the wedding party enjoyed a reception at a secret location.Silverstone, 28, and Jarecki - the lead singer of Californian rock band STUN, short for Scream Toward the Uprising of Non-Conformity - have been dating for eight years but news of the wedding came as a complete shock to the showbiz world.The beautiful blonde first shot to fame in the teen comedy 'Clueless' in 1995 but her career suffered a dip after she starred in box-office turkeys 'Excess Baggage' and 'Batman and Robin', opposite George Clooney.
Silverstone previously dated Hollywood funnyman Adam Sandler in the mid-90s.
