'American Pie' star Shannon Elizabeth has split from her husband. The stunning actress and her actor husband Joe Reitman have decided to call time on their marriage after growing apart as a couple. The couple's spokeswoman, Nicole King, insists the separation is amicable and claims both stars intend to "remain friends". However, speculation has been rife over the last few months the couple's marriage was in trouble after Elizabeth allegedly became enraged with her husband when he teamed-up with Ashton Kutcher to play a prank on her on MTV show 'PUNK'd'. Elizabeth, 31, and Reitman, 36, wed in June 2002 in a low key ceremony on a beach in Mexico. Shortly after they tied the knot the couple starred in a number of films together, including 'American Pie 2' and 'Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back' and later co-founded Animal Avengers, a nonprofit animal rescue organisation.0Comments | Be the first to comment!
