R. Kelly Sex Tape Girl To Testify For Defence....

R&B singer R. Kelly has scored an early victory in his child pornography trial - the underage girl he is accused of having sex with is taking to the witness stand in his defence.The Bump N Grind hitmaker, 40, was charged with 21 counts of child pornography and sex with an underage girl in 2002, after a video tape allegedly showing Kelly with a 14-year-old girl surfaced in his native Chicago, Illinois.The identity of the female in the video is currently under dispute, as the girl believed to be in the tape has told police and a grand jury she is not involved. Her parents have also backed up her claim.But the girl's aunt, Kelly's former protege Sparkle, believes it is her niece in the video and the singer - real name Stephanie Edwards - is set to testify on behalf of the prosecution.Kelly has entered a not guilty plea and maintains he is not the man in the video.He will stand trial on 17 September (07) and faces a 15-year jail sentence and a fine of up to $100,000 (£50,000) if he is found guilty of the alleged crimes.
