Angelina Jolie says becoming a mother cured her of being selfish and self-indulgent.The stunning 'Mr and Mrs Smith' actress - who has two adopted children, Maddox and Zahara, and is pregnant with her first biological child - claims she used to wallow in self pity and never realised how lucky she was.Jolie, who is romancing Brad Pitt, revealed: "There are more important things to worry about than your own emotional overindulgence when you're a mum!"I think I spent way too much time in the past locked in my own narrow world and feeling sorry about myself, instead of waking up and seeing how many advantages I have, and how lucky I should feel to have some talent and a great career."Jolie says being a mother has also inspired her to help build a paediatric AIDS centre in Ethiopia.The 'Tomb Raider' beauty decided to devote herself to the project after witnessing the plight of AIDS-infected orphans in the country when she adopted her baby daughter, Zahara.The pillow-lipped beauty told Britain's OK!
