Stern revealed the ruling outside the Florida courtroom along with Arthur and photographer Larry Birkhead - who claims to be Dannielynn's biological father.

Yesterday, a closed-door hearing began in the Bahamas regarding the paternity of Anna Nicole's five-month-old daughter Dannielynn.

Stern is named on the birth certificate as the father but Birkhead claims he is her dad.
