Bill Murray is facing charges of being drunk and in charge of a golf buggy. The 'Caddyshack' star - who had been at a Swedish golf tournament - was stopped by Stockholm police when they saw the cart being driven "erratically on the pavement" through the city centre at 3.30am on Sunday (19.08.07).Murray, 56, was asked to take a breath test because the officers believed they could smell alcohol on his person, but he refused citing American legislation. Detective Inspector Christer Holmlund said: "He refused to blow in the instrument. So we applied the old method - a blood test. It will take 14 days before the results are in."The comic actor was taken into custody and signed a document acknowledging he had been operating the cart under the influence. He also agreed to let a police officer plead guilty for him should the case go to trial.Murray - who was allowed to leave the country on Monday (20.08.07) - will be charged if tests reveal his blood level exceeded the legal limit in Sweden.
