Britney Spears received a frosty reception when she showed up at a Los Angeles Lakers basketball game at the weekend (17DEC06).

The pop star was booed by fans as she took her seat courtside at the Staples Center for the Lakers Sunday night clash with the Washington Wizards.

Spears was joined by her agent and her sister Jamie Lynn and left the game before halftime after fans poked fun as her face appeared on the venue's Jumbotron.
