Kevin, 28, currently has full temporary custody of the boys, while Britney has three visits a week.

Shar revealed Kevin is coping well with the bitter custody battle, but he doesn't like to discuss it.

She added to People magazine: "I know he's in a good place. The kids are in a good place, and I made sure from day one - I told him, 'You make sure you have our children.'

"He's great. We don't even talk about that stuff, because that would be a non-stop conversation, and we don't even go there."
