Britney Spears spent New Year's Eve (31.12.07) with her two sons and photographer Adnan Ghalib.The 'Gimme More' singer and her new love interest - who reportedly spent Saturday night (29.12.07) with Britney at Beverly Hills' Peninsula Hotel - saw in 2008 at a private beach front residence near Dana Point, California, with her two children, Sean Preston, two, and 15-month-old Jayden James, but had to be supervised by a court-appointed monitor.A source said: "They just had a quiet night in together. Her and Adnan are getting on really well."There certainly weren't any wild celebrations. She says she just fell asleep not long after midnight but had a really nice time."On Saturday, Britney was warned by ex-husband Kevin Federline's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan that she will soon be forced to make a court-ordered deposition in their ongoing custody battle over the boys.Kaplan said: "Britney Spears will have her deposition early in 2008. We've got a lot to talk about."She called in sick for her deposition on December 12, but was in fact out later that day and night."This is not fourth grade where you get a doctor's note and it's all OK."
Kevin currently has temporary full custody of their sons, while Britney has limited visitation rights.
