Britney - who is now legally under the care of her father Jamie Spears following a court hearing on Friday - has already been transferred to a 'quiet room' after arguing with doctors following her committal.

A hospital insider told People magazine: "It is a terrible situation. Britney is in a padded room. Her family is so worried about her."
