Britney Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline have been secretly meeting in the hope of rekindling their romance.The troubled 'Toxic' singer - whose divorce from Kevin was finalised in July 2007 - is reportedly planning a quiet getaway with the former dancer after the pair spent Easter together.A source said: "They saw each other on Easter. That meeting went so well that Britney and Kevin have agreed to take a trip away from the glare of Hollywood to work on their relationship."Kevin, 30, is said to be keen to spend some quality time with 26-year-old Britney and close friends and family are hoping they can make their romance work second time round.The source added to America's Star magazine: "Kevin wants to take Britney away to see if there is anything to salvage between them. When he suggested it to her, she told him she was ready to go anytime he was." The pair are currently locked in a bitter custody battle over their two sons, two-year-old Sean Preston and 18-month-old Jayden James.Last week, Kevin revealed he would always love his troubled ex-wife and hoped she would get back on track soon.The budding actor - who also has a five-year-old daughter Kori and a three-year-old son Kaleb, from his relationship with Shar Jackson - said: "I will always love the mothers of my children, and I will always be there for both of them. I believe that any good energy I put out there brings more good energy into my own life. "The relationships with my kids and family will last my whole life and are the most important to me."

Yeah, he loves his kids' mothers so much that he cheated on the first with the second while the first was pregnant, and then cheated on the second before he ratted on the sinking ship ...
