Britney Spears has been named the worst-dressed celebrity.The pop babe - who recently gave birth to baby son Sean Preston - took the unwanted title on fashion critic Mr Blackwell's 46th annual 'Worst Dressed' list for dressing like an "over-the-hill Lolita".He said in a statement: "When it comes to Couture Chaos, this Tacky Terror should take a bow looks like an over-the-hill Lolita."Number two on the list was teen actress Mary-Kate Olsen, who came under fire for her "bag lady rags".Stunning star Jessica Simpson also came under attack, scooping the third spot on the list.Blackwell said the actress - who donned a pair of super-tight hot-pants for her role as Daisy Duke in movie 'The Dukes of Hazzard' - "resembles a cut-rate Rapunzel slinging hash in a Vegas diner".Other stars to make the list included, 'Desperate Housewives' beauty Eva Longoria, hotel heiress Paris Hilton, teen star Lindsay Lohan and Renee Zellweger.Blackwell said: "2005 turned out to be a particularly bad year for couture chaos, wardrobe wrecks and stylistic sleaze.
"These women may be fabulously talented in their respective fields, but when it comes to fashion, they resemble weary weeds in a lovely garden."
