Beauty Carmen Electra says she has found solace and comfort in the wise words of Oprah Winfrey as she struggled to cope with a double tragedy in her family six years ago.The Starsky and Hutch actress married to Jane's Addiction guitarist Dave Navarro says she was devastated when her mother and sister both died within two weeks of each other.And it was the support and advice offered by Oprah's show that helped her through the dark timesCarmen explains, "I got out of my marriage (to Dennis Rodman) and started watching Oprah.Carmen was quoted as saying that one day Oprah said, 'In order to heal you have to feel,' and I realised I wasn't letting myself feel what I needed to." Ms Electra has also recently confessed to having regrets about her breasts enlargement surgery. The stunning actress had an operation to increase them from a size 32B to a huge 36DD but claims she was happy with her body before the op'. Electra, said of the operation "I do regret it sometimes. I had nice boobs before - they were small but nice."
