Style expert Carson Kressley was voted off 'Dancing with the Stars' last night (18.10.11), despite being one of the favourite to win the show.

The style expert - who had been a crowd favourite but came bottom of this week's leaderboard with a score of 19 - found himself in the bottom two alongside Hope Solo, and when it was announced he had been eliminated, cries of "Nooooooo" were heard throughout the audience.

Carson and his professional partner Anna Trebunskaya looked disappointed when the results were revealed but he said he had enjoyed every minute of his time on the show.

He said: "Thank you to everybody at 'Dancing with the Stars'.

"This has been pure joy to me. I hope I could make everyone laugh and smile. It was great being here."

Despite surviving elimination, soccer player Hope was unhappy with her performance on Monday night's (17.10.11) show and even told partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy she was unsure if she wanted to continue.

When it was announced she would be staying, Hope looked relieved but unemotional.

Other celebrities to make it through to next week's show include Rob Kardashian, David Arquette, J.R Martinez and Nancy Grace.
