Cat Deeley is terrified of falling over on stage.The British TV presenter - who hosts US talent show 'So You Think You Can Dance?' - often wears incredibly high heels on the programme, and admits she is always scared she might trip.She said: "I am actually the clumsiest person in the world - every time I walk on stage I hold my breath. One pair of shoes I wore on the show were so uncomfortable my toes actually went numb for about 20 minutes. "It was like, 'I really need a medicinal gin and tonic to get me through!' "Cat also revealed how she maintains her slimline figure.She added: "I just try and eat as healthily as possible all the time, if I can. If I fancy some ice cream, I have some ice cream - I just don't eat the whole tub in one go."
