Cate Blanchett "can't wait" to be licked by millions of Australians.
The 'Curious Case of Benjamin Button' star will appear on a special series of postage stamps to mark Australia Day on January 26.
She said: I have a vested interest in Australia
In a statement, Cate said: "I am utterly, deeply, humbled and chuffed by the fact that I'm a stamp. I'm going to be licked by millions of Australians and I can't wait.
"It is also recognising the value of the arts in Australia. It brings it into general consumption and if I'm part of that, I feel intensely proud."
Nicole Kidman, Russell Crowe and Geoffrey Rush will also feature on the Australian Legends stamps, which will include pictures of the actors in and out of character, including Nicole from 'Moulin Rouge', Cate from 'Elizabeth', Russell from 'Gladiator' and Geoffrey from 'Shine'.
Nicole, who has three children, is similarly proud of her postal achievement.
She said: "I have a vested interest in Australia. I want my children to live here at certain times of their life and see how wonderful it is.
