Cheryl Cole wants to be the new Simon Cowell.

The Girls Aloud star wants to follow in the footsteps of her fellow 'X Factor' judge - who has masterminded the careers of several pop acts, including Leona Lewis and Il Divo - and start her own record label.

She said: "I'd love to have my own label in the future. I'd love to be on that side of it, I love hearing new artists, I love choosing songs and developing acts. So that's something I've got planned."

If I was asked to go to Zimbabwe I would. I'm sure there's a lot of talent there.

Cheryl hasn't ruled out taking 'The X Factor' format around the world, and believes there is pop talent everywhere - even in Zimbabwe.

The brunette beauty - who has just released her debut solo single 'Fight For This Love' - said: "If I was asked to go to Zimbabwe I would. I'm sure there's a lot of talent there."
