Christina Aguilera has got engaged to boyfriend Jordan Bratman.The 'Dirrty' singer was left thrilled when the music executive popped the question during a romantic holiday together. The couple have yet to set a date for their nuptials.
Last month, Jordan, 26, sparked speculation he was set to propose after he was spotted shopping for an engagement ring. The 26-year-old, who has been dating Christina for two years, searched New York jewellers for the perfect ring. Before the official announcement of their engagement, the smitten couple sparked several rumours they were set to tie the knot. Last March, Jordan's grandmother claimed the pair were set to wed, saying: "Jordan asked her in Los Angeles. I'm very happy. His mom and dad are very happy too. But I don't know when the wedding will be." Christina, 24, recently admitted her lover had changed her mind about marriage.
But she also claimed she did not want to rush down the aisle, saying her long-time rival Britney Spears "jumped the gun" by marrying Kevin Federline after dating him for less than a year.
Christina said at the time: "Jordan's the one guy I can credit for making me think about marriage in a whole new light."
