Cliff Richard 'lucky' to have a street

Sir Cliff Richard feels "lucky" to have a street named after him.
The 'Devil Woman' hitmaker divides his time between various houses he owns across the world, but one of his favourite places is Portgual's Algarve region, where they even re-named a road in the town Albufeira in his honour.
He said: "I'm lucky, the Portugal tourist board have renamed the first street I lived in Rua Sir Cliff Richard. Whenever people drop by here, I say, 'Have you noticed my street? '"
Cliff doesn't live on his own road now, but at the Adega do Cantor - which translates as Winery of the Singer - a state-of-the-art facility he owns in nearby Guia, while in winter he stays at his home in Barbados, as he "doesn't do cold".
The Caribbean property is also home to the awards he has received over the years - but he admits his visitors are sometimes shocked to see the accolades.
He told Britain's OK! magazine: "I've been very lucky to receive lovely awards along the way, but it seems flashy to keep my gold discs on show. I've just moved them out of the downstairs toilet into the alcoves on the way to the swimming pool.
"People say, 'How nice to see your awards up, we thought you didn't have any.' "
