Chain-smoker Colin Farrell wore a specially designed costume fitted with nicotine patches while filming 'Miami Vice'.The Irish actor has a 40-a-day cigarette habit but was banned from smoking on set so he wore a suit to help him with his nicotine cravings.He said: "I couldn't smoke while I was doing any of the scenes because of all the pyrotechnics and explosives and stuff we had on set."The wardrobe department made a suit for me that included nicotine patches. But they kept melting in the Miami sun."Meanwhile, Colin has confessed he almost soiled himself working with undercover policemen to prepare for his role in the big-screen remake of the cult 80s cop television series.He said: "The cops were particularly keen we came along when they were gonna make a bite.
