Courteney Cox has been spared embarrassment after plans for a reality TV show documenting her brother-in-law's sex change operation were dropped.Transvestite Alexis Arquette - the brother of Cox's actor husband David Arquette - was to have his gender reassignment operation filmed for US programme 'Alexis Are-Cut'.David is believed to be supportive of his brother's decision to swap sexes but he and his wife, who met while shooting horror film 'Scream', were reluctant to appear in the show.Plans for the programme were axed after Alexis decided not to allow cameras to film the operation and the recovery process afterwards.David and Alexis' eldest sister, Rosanna, 46, said: "It's private.
