David Hasselhoff has been replaced by 'Happy Days' actor Henry Winkler in a London pantomime. Winkler - best known for playing super-cool character The Fonz in 'Happy Days' - will play villain Captain Hook in New Wimbledon Theatre's Christmas production of 'Peter Pan'. Hasselhoff, dubbed 'The Hoff' by fans, dropped out of the production citing other work commitments. Winkler - who has starred in a host of films, including 'The Waterboy' and 'Scream' - is being paid £100,000 for his appearance in the family show. Last month, theatre producers were left fuming after Hasselhoff broke his contract to take up a better offer, joining Simon Cowell as a judge on new reality TV show 'America's Got Talent'. Hasselhoff said on his website at the time: "Unfortunately, I will be unable to appear in the New Wimbledon Theatre's Christmas pantomime production of 'Peter Pan' due to conflicting dates with a TV commitment in the States."
