David Hasselhoff wants to be buried in a glass case under his Hollywood star when he dies. The former 'Baywatch' star has confessed it's just one of the bizarre ideas he has come up so he will be remembered after he passes away. Hasselhoff joked to People magazine: "I was actually thinking of being buried under my Hollywood star, looking up so people could look down and watch me decompose." The 54-year-old actor also has a number different ideas about what he wants etched on his tombstone. He revealed: "There are a few ideas. 'Been there, done that'. I was gonna say, 'Hoff and Running'. "Seriously though, I think it'll just say 'Good friend, good father' and 'Had a blast'." Earlier this year, Hasselhoff had to have emergency surgery after slicing his hand open in a bizarre shaving accident.

The actor - who was in London filming an advertising campaign - severed a tendon in his hand and had to be rushed to St Thomas' Hospital by ambulance.

At the time, his spokeswoman, Judy Katz, said: "David was getting ready to shave and bent down but when he stood up David hit his head on a light fixture and it shattered.

"Some of the glass got into his hand and cut it quite badly."
