Eminem's second divorce from Kimberley Mathers has been finalised.The rapper - real name Marshall Mathers - reached an out-of-court settlement with his ex-wife during a hearing at Detroit's Macomb County Circuit Court yesterday (19.12.06).Chief Judge Antonio P. Viviano said: "They conducted themselves with dignity and respect."The couple will share custody of their daughter, Hailie Jade Scott, who will celebrate her eleventh birthday on Christmas Day.It is not known if Kim was granted the financial support and legal fees she'd been seeking from the hip-hop star.Eminem, 34, and Kim, 31, married on January 14 this year for the second time. The rap star filed for divorce less than three months later.They had previously been married from 1999 to 2001.As well as Hailie, the couple adopted Kim's niece Alaina, 12, and she has another daughter, Whitney, from a previous relationship.
